Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Uses Starbucks operational tools including Automated Labor Scheduling, Monthly Status Report, Quarterly Business Review, cash management and inventory management to assist with store management
  • Oversee scheduling and daily work activities of Baristas
  • Assists with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed
  • Manages workflow during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating efficiently
  • Models outstanding customer service and provides coaching as appropriate
  • Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Enforces safe food handling procedures
  • Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of the organization
  • Follows the organization’s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety and security to ensure the safety of all staff during each shift
  • Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant
