Starbucks Supervisor - Hilton Americas Houston
is looking for a Starbucks Supervisor to join the Food and Beverage Team! With 1,207 this hotel is a premier event destination in downtown Houston.
Ideal candidates for this position will have previous supervisory experience, preferably in Food and Beverage and hotel setting and have full availability to work the ever-changing schedule of hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to grow their hospitality career.
Shift Pattern: AM and PM shifts, starting as early as 4AM-5AM and ending as late as 6.30PM, any day of the week, weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
  • Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
