Description
  Responsibilities: • Controlling and verifying freight costs and supporting transport-related payment processes • Supporting IT integration activities and providing operational system support within logistics processes • Reviewing invoices in the invoice pool, ensuring accuracy, and creating invoices for intercompany purchases • Supporting monthly closing activities, including invoice verification, settlement of consignment stocks, posting of forced invoices, and cooperation with Controlling • Managing transfers (IUC), releasing credit and debit notes • Preparing and sending insurance documents and maintaining related documentation • Entering and managing different types of orders in SAP (e.g. ZTA, ZKE, ZVOR) • Processing scheduling agreements and adjusting rolling forecasts • Cooperating with Sales Agencies to resolve discrepancies between orders • Forwarding customer call-offs to Dispatch • Coordinating order fulfilment processes, including annealing planning and tracking production timelines • Cooperating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely execution • Supporting material reallocation in cooperation with Quality, Dispatch, and Warehouse teams • Maintaining and updating pricing in systems (e.g. P73), including mass updates and order confirmations • Managing customer service tasks, including ticket creation in Magnet and coordination with Sales and customers • Creating new customer accounts and sharing updates with relevant teams Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field • 5–7 years of experience in a similar role within logistics, supply chain, or customer service • Strong knowledge of logistics and order management processes • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word) • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset • Ability to work both independently and in a team • Results-driven with strong sense of responsibility • Solution-oriented thinking and adaptability to changing environments • Ability to perform effectively under time pressure ArcelorMittal is the world's leading steel and mining company, with a presence in 60 countries and primary steelmaking facilities in 15 countries.
