Responsibilities

THE ROLE: RETAIL SECURITY OFFICER

You’ll be trained and supported to:

  • Provide a visible security presence in-store to deter theft and anti-social behaviour
  • Patrol the shop floor and work closely with store colleagues and customers
  • Manage incidents professionally and compassionately, especially involving vulnerable individuals
  • Work with local authorities and complete clear, detailed incident reports
  • Handle conflict confidently and calmly, full training provided
