Job Requirement: Manage tee time and control the starting order of players Ensure proper pace of play throughout the golf course Enforce golf course rules, etiquette and safety standards Assist golfers with directions, course information and general inquiries Coordinate with the Pro shop and Operations team Monitor course conditions and report and issues Handle golfer concerns or complaints professionally Maintain a professionally appearance and friendly attitude at all times Present the golf club positively and professionally Additional Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of golf rules, etiquette and pace of play Customer service oriented mindset Ability to manage conflict and handle complaints professionally Good observation and problem solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit to work outdoors for long periods Flexible and able to work shifts Basic English communications skills Professional appearance and positive attitude
