Requirements Key Responsibilities Greet players at the first tee and verify tee times Provide course rules, cart path restrictions, and daily announcements Ensure groups tee off on schedule and maintain proper spacing Monitor and support pace of play throughout the shift Communicate effectively with golf shop staff, marshals, and outside services Address player questions and resolve minor concerns professionally Maintain a welcoming, positive atmosphere for all guests Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of golf etiquette and basic rules preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Availability for weekends, holidays, and early mornings
