About The Role We are looking for a trusted, driven and strategic Sales Specialist – Start-ups & Unicorns to lead sales and GTM initiatives with India-based start-ups — particularly unicorn and soonicorns and early-stage AI disruptors. You will be responsible for identifying high potential prospects, nurturing strong relationships, and delivering measurable revenue growth through structured sales strategies. This role is based in Delhi and focused on the AI native Indian startups. It requires working closely with founders and decision-makers across the start-up landscape to create and capture value with Neysa AI Cloud platform. Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth from AI Native and Digital Start-Ups Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive adoption of Neysa.ai within India’s start-up segment. Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to deal closure. Lead AI Use Case driven value creation Co-create tailored GTM strategies with individual start-ups based on their needs and growth stage. Position Neysa’s AI Cloud as a key enabler for innovation, scalability, and performance. Lead Generation & Qualification Identify and qualify start-up prospects, build a robust pipeline, and drive conversions. Leverage AI community, networks, events, and platforms to engage with start-up founders and stakeholders. Customer Relationship Management Establish and nurture trusted relationships with founders, product leaders, and CXOs. Ensure satisfaction, retention, and advocacy through ongoing engagement and support. Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with Product, Marketing, Community and Operations to accelerate client’s AI business goals. Provide market observations and client feedback to improve offerings and refine messaging. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Mapping Monitor AI Cloud trends in the Indian start-up ecosystem, including funding cycles and sectoral shifts. Continuously identify new verticals and white spaces for growth. Sales Process Execution & Optimization Own the full sales funnel and optimize performance using CRM tools and sales data analytics. Implement structured, repeatable processes to scale start-up engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications 3-8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in cloud, AI, SaaS, or tech start-up &Unicorn environments. Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and building early-stage GTM strategies. Strong understanding of India’s start-up landscape, VC ecosystem, and founder pain points. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach. Experience working with technical teams and understanding of basic cloud/AI concepts. AI Certifications from major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus. Proficient in using AI tools, CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and pipeline tracking.
