A pessoa na posição de Startup Technical Adoption Lead será responsável por apoiar a jornada técnica das startups aprovadas no programa, ajudando no onboarding, entendimento dos workloads, uso inicial de OCI e acompanhamento da adoção. Será uma posição com forte interface entre startups, time do programa, Cloud Engineering, Arquitetura, Vendas e Customer Success, garantindo que as startups tenham clareza sobre os próximos passos técnicos e consigam avançar no uso dos benefícios oferecidos pelo programa. Perfil Buscamos uma pessoa em início de carreira ou com experiência inicial em cloud, tecnologia, pré-vendas técnica, customer success técnico, suporte técnico, arquitetura ou programas de inovação, com interesse em atuar com startups e adoção de Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Experiência e conhecimentos desejáveis • Conhecimento básico em Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — OCI. • Conhecimento inicial em cloud computing. • Interesse em arquitetura cloud, infraestrutura, dados, IA ou desenvolvimento de software. • Familiaridade com conceitos de aplicações, banco de dados, APIs, segurança, escalabilidade e ambientes cloud. • Experiência prévia com suporte técnico, projetos de tecnologia, customer success, pré-vendas ou atendimento a clientes é desejável. • Interesse em trabalhar com startups, inovação e ecossistemas de tecnologia. Requisitos • Boa comunicação com públicos técnicos e não técnicos. • Organização para acompanhar múltiplas startups, informações e próximos passos. • Curiosidade técnica e vontade de aprender continuamente. • Capacidade de estruturar informações de forma clara e objetiva. • Perfil colaborativo, proativo e orientado à solução. • Facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes áreas internas e acionar os times corretos. • Atenção a detalhes no acompanhamento da jornada técnica.
