Compile and assemble all application materials—technical, financial, and narrative—ensuring compliance with FAA requirements. Provide weekly written progress reports and bi-weekly executive briefings. Deliver a complete internal draft of the application by December 1, 2025, ensuring final submission by December 11, 2025 (3:00 p.m. ET).
