We currently have an opportunity for a State Facilities Manager (NSW) to join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in delivering exceptional, client-focused facilities management services across a diverse portfolio of sites. Reporting to the Trans-Tasman Contract Manager, you’ll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services and strengthen relationships across our client network. Please note this role is contract role until December 2026. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: * Providing leadership and oversight of facilities management services across multiple client sites in Sydney, while remotely supporting regional locations. * Engaging with local representatives, contractors, and stakeholders to address issues, manage projects, and ensure seamless service delivery. * Managing preventative and reactive maintenance programs, ensuring compliance, safety, and on-time completion within agreed KPIs. * Coordinating minor works projects (up to $150K), supporting governance, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Building strong, trust-based customer relationships and acting as the key escalation point for your portfolio.
