You will lead and inspire our Field VM Teams across VIC/TAS/ACT/SA/WA to deliver amazing experiences for our customer and to drive business outcomes for the Southern Supre business.
· Lead and embed culture that builds a team of engaged Brand and product ambassadors
· Enable and develop performing teams who are customer first, people focused and results driven
· Build capability within your Area and Field Visual Managers that enables performance and collaborate with your Group partners to build an internal talent pipeline for future succession
· Partner with your VM Team to execute the Brand plan and to deliver consistent store experiences across your state
· Embed customer excellence whilst growing results through clear direction and operational excellence
