Job Purpose •  To drive, understand, implement and focus on key HR initiatives in the states for the company. Oversee, manage and partner effectively with the Buisness to support and manage the people agenda in order to meet the Company’s goals Responsibilities      Core Responsibilities: Recruitment o    Identify regional requirement of replacement hiring and coordinate with zonal manager to initiate hiring approval. o    Manage Recruitment costs by adopting right talent and scanning relevant industries for sourcing talent o    Identify if there is a possibility of internal movement. If so, position is opened in i-scuplt - details are sent to central team for releasing requirement in i-Sculpt o    Faciltate timely delivery of offer letter to selected candidates Onboarding o    Maintain continuous communication channels with new recruits to allow for smooth On the Job and cultural transition into the TCHFLt culture. Compensation o    Complying with min and max in a pay grade while rolling out offers Benefits o    Providing guidance to employees on employee benefits o    Acting as single point of contact for any queries o    Ensuring the benefits reach entitled employees Performance Management o    Assist in the execution of Performance Cycles Address o    Ensure right records on all manpower related areas for right decision making o    Track performance and guide employees including identifying early non performance and conducting PIP Employee Engagement o    Ensure appropriate touch points through extensive branch visits and build a rapport with key leadership and operations talent across branches. o    Liase with branches, Functional Heads and Corporate HR teams to identify and nominate people for R and R scheme and provide for a Quality experience o    Bring key employee issues impacting work place morale and culture to stakeholders and contribute to redressal mechanism HR Administration Ensure quick redressal to employee queries on policies and admin matters o    Connect to employees at regular basis Talent Management o    Ensure talent identification and developmental action planning as per timelines and communicates the Talent Management plan to all eligible employees o    Identify training needs based on competency gaps Exits o    Perform in depth exit interviews;engage with employee to understand possibility of an intervention o    Monitor and respond to turnover analysis o    Provide exit related information to HRSS and central team of BU Qualification: Graduate
