This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the advice experience for members across Western Australia while strengthening UniSuper’s brand and presence in the state. The role   As State Manager, Advice WA, you are accountable for leading the WA Professional Wealth Management function to deliver high‑quality fee‑for‑service advice and achieve state‑based service, revenue and member outcomes. You lead advisers and local teams, elevate advice quality and governance, and contribute to the national advice strategy. Key accountabilities include: * Leading and developing the WA advice and support teams to deliver service, advice and commercial targets * Strengthening relationships with employers, university partners and key stakeholders to grow advice engagement * Ensuring high standards of advice quality, governance, compliance and risk management * Contributing to commercial performance, operational efficiency and innovation in advice delivery * Representing UniSuper through events, partnerships and thought leadership across WA   About you   You are a proven leader in financial advice or wealth management with strong commercial and stakeholder acumen. You bring deep technical expertise and the ability to translate complex strategies into clear, member‑focused advice.   You will bring: * Relevant tertiary qualifications in financial advice, finance, economics or a related discipline * Demonstrated leadership experience within financial advice, wealth management or superannuation * Strong technical knowledge across retirement strategies, superannuation, taxation, investments and Centrelink * Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building capability * The ability to balance advisory excellence with sustainable commercial outcomes   What We Offer   UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
