Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned manager to lead our Business Development Managers (BDM’s) and support brokers in Victoria and South Australia, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels. This vital role to our organisation that involves driving growth, executing the broker lending strategy, and enhancing the residential lending portfolio. The State Manager Broker will lead and motivate BDM’s, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment, while also contributing to the evolution of the lending distribution strategy to expand broker networks in both existing and emerging markets.
