Responsibilities

you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire end to end home lending process for regulated mortgages within your state and segment, from receiving referrals through to origination and settlement. Leading a high-performing team, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional business mortgage solutions. Your leadership will focus on driving a customer-first approach, building trust with business customers, and ensuring your team consistently meets and exceeds expectations. You will also play a key role in recruitment and employee engagement while continuously driving efficiencies within the business to improve the customer experience.
