We are seeking an experienced State Manager to lead NSW field operations, boost site revenue, and mentor teams in a fast-paced, retail-adjacent environment. This hands-on leadership role is based in Moorebank, with regular travel to Sydney CBD.

• Drive revenue growth by improving machine performance and site sales.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the NSW Supervisor and field teams.
• Identify and deliver training to improve commercial and operational outcomes.
• Oversee installations, servicing, stocktakes, and audits.
• Quickly resolve operational and site-level challenges.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with your team and stakeholders.
• Travel between Moorebank HQ and Sydney CBD as required.
