• Lead and inspire a high-performing account management team, providing clear direction, coaching, and development.
• Drive growth and retention by strengthening relationships with employers and members while identifying new business opportunities.
• Represent Hostplus at industry events, conferences, and partner functions, building strong networks and partnerships.
• Collaborate strategically with internal teams and the Regional Manager to deliver on state targets and enhance client service programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold Hostplus values in everything you do.
