We are now looking for an experienced State Manager – Victoria to lead our Victorian retail network and drive performance, customer experience, team development and operational excellence across the state. The Opportunity As our State Manager – Victoria, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of stores across the state, partnering closely with Regional Managers, Store Managers and the broader Retail Operations team to drive sales, strengthen capability and deliver the Lovisa customer experience. You will play a key role in ensuring stores are operating to Lovisa standards, teams are engaged and accountable, and commercial targets are achieved through strong leadership, clear communication and consistent coaching. What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will: Drive sales growth across the Victorian store network through strong commercial leadership and clear store focus Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and retail teams to deliver exceptional customer experience Conduct effective store visits, review performance and set clear action plans aligned to Lovisa benchmarks Ensure communication is consistent through morning calls, action plans, one-on-one meetings and business updates Recruit, develop and succession plan passionate, customer-focused retail talent Manage costs effectively, including wage control, rostering and operational efficiencies Partner with teams to reduce shrinkage and ensure strong loss prevention standards Drive accountability across key performance areas including sales, wages, vacancies, training completion, piercing and stock results Ensure company policies, procedures and presentation standards are followed at all times About You To be successful in this role, you will have: 3+ years’ experience in a senior retail management, area management or multi-site leadership role Proven experience managing multiple stores in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive action A genuine passion for customer experience and team development Strong communication skills and the ability to influence, coach and lead at all levels Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to lead with energy, accountability and pace Flexibility to travel across Victoria and interstate where required What We Are Looking For You are a confident and approachable leader who knows how to get the best out of people.
