Job Description PAR currently has an exciting senior leadership career development opportunity for the role of State Manager – Victoria. This role is responsible for providing strong purposeful leadership and guidance to our Victorian team, managing a culture of high performance by driving quality, outcomes and people initiatives to ensure key business objectives are achieved. Some of your day to day as State Manager includes: In partnership with the IPAR executive leadership team, undertake national activities that drive consistency, continuous improvement, and growth of the IPAR business nationally. Mentor, coach, and develop local managers to support their achievement of branch KPI's and undertake progress reviews with direct reports. Monitor branch performance metrics, analyse data, and implement improvement plans to achieve people, quality, and financial targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, key customers, and local teams while supporting business development opportunities. Oversee workforce planning and resourcing to support growth, service excellence, and budget performance. Champion quality, compliance, risk management, and a strong customer‑focused culture across all operations. This position is open to candidates across the region, as well as those considering a move. Relocation support is provided for interstate applicants. Qualifications Allied Health qualification/s preferred however not essential. Post Graduate business/commerce related qualification/s desirable however not essential. Strategic management experience as a senior manager of occupational rehabilitation services with outstanding leadership expertise. Commercial acumen to drive divisional growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities. Strong human resource management acumen, including people risk identification, recruitment, compensation, workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management. Excellent financial analysis skills. & demonstrated ability to determine strategies to identify and solve anomalies/problems. Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing deadlines. Advanced national knowledge of personal injury rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation.
