Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a high-energy, people-loving, detail-crushing Marketing Executive to help drive sales across our New South Wales and ACT restaurants. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager - Restaurants, you will work closely with the many arms of the marketing department (including design, videography, digital, delivery, guest experience), operations and New Restaurant Opening (NRO) teams to drive sales and guests into restaurant by amplifying the national marketing plan. This role specializes in creating hyper-local brand love for GYG and it’s hot, fresh, fast food, by leveraging your insight and understanding of local communities across your key states. As a hybrid role between being in-restaurant, at events and working from Hola central, you’ll leverage data and insights and cross reference with restaurant visits with our stakeholders to develop and execute local marketing activity. You will have genuine influence and impact across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Consult, engage and develop relationships with franchisees, operations and NRO teams to lead marketing activities at the local and state-based level.
  • Work across our focus restaurant groups to develop bespoke LAM plans, assisting in execution and guiding restaurants.
  • Develop, lead and execute grassroots sponsorship. Finding opportunities that build brand awareness and community engagement. The strategy should build long term partnerships with local communities, organisations and clubs that leave a positive impact.
  • Work with National Marketing Manager – Restaurants on LAM, Sponsorship & Corporate budgets.
  • Build post campaign analysis and case studies to share with the wider restaurant network. Report on LAM success and areas of improvement for all campaigns.
  • Work with the Head of Delivery to execute local delivery strategy to drive and build delivery sales.
  • Work with the Head of Digital Revenue to execute a local digital strategy to grow, build and maintain GYG App sales.
  • Provide support for new store openings and refurbishments to promote opening or reopening of the restaurants.
