As State Manager at Guzman y Gomez, you'll own the full picture - food, people, safety, and P&L - for a brand that doesn't do average. About You Significant multi-site leadership experience in QSR, restaurants, hospitality or retail Demonstrated P&L ownership across a large, geographically dispersed portfolio Proven track record of building and developing high-performing operational teams Experience coaching and performance managing Area Managers, Regional Managers or equivalent Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills - you can find the gap and close it Solid knowledge of food safety compliance and WH&S management Self-directed and field-ready - you thrive without someone setting your agenda Ready to continue the conversation?
