Overview TitleWave Real Estate Solutions, a Division of the FNF Family of Companies. You will provide strong leadership and clear communication to production team to ensure high quality services to customer base. Manage all facets of the state operation including financial performance, resource management to meet production targets and promoting positive working relationships with the TitleWave sales team. Partner closely with Agency to support market share growth while maintaining superior customer relations. This is a hands on managerial role that requires advanced geographic knowledge of the states within your oversight. Must be US resident. Georgia based candidates are strongly preferred. Work visa sponsorship will not be considered. Duties • Manage and monitor product quality, turn‐time SLA's and margins.• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance productivity.• Implement offshore processes where available.• Work with underwriting to implement and refine procedures and protocols.• Manage P&L including but not limited to cost analysis and assisting regional manager with annual budget development.• Collaborate with regional manager and sales liaison on customer growth initiatives.• Plan employee capacity including rightsizing headcount based on volume trends.• Oversee hiring, terminations, performance management and training.• Coach and mentor staff to build a strong talent pipeline to meet future needs.• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote good housekeeping practices.• Provide management reports at scheduled intervals.• Approve monthly vendor invoices and billing.• Approve expense reports and employee timecards.• Special projects and other duties, as assigned. Education Preferred:• 4 year under‐graduate degree• Six Sigma and Project Management certifications Experience • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities and a proven capacity to maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.• Strong analytical, problem‐solving and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.• Highly detail oriented and committed to delivering excellent customer experience.• Proficient computer skills, including moderate to advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft applications and other industry related software required to perform job duties.• Adaptable and able to pivot effectively in a fluid environment.• Title insurance license is a plus. • 5 years of production/supervisory experience in title insurance or real estate related industry. • Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control. Additional Information The estimated pay range for this role is $113,000 - $117,000/year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, job responsibilities, relevant experience, and geographic location.
