State Relationship Manager     Department Digital Banking Location  Madurai, Tripura, Coimbatore, Chennai, Kolhapur, Hyderabad, Bangalore Reporting Relationship Territory Relationship Manager Position Grade M1 – M3     Job Role   * Lead & manage a team of 20–25 BDOs across the assigned state to achieve sales and productivity goals. * Conduct daily in-person huddles/field reviews with BDOs to track progress, remove blockers, and provide real-time coaching. * Drive daily activity discipline—ensure each BDO is active every day and supports “break zero” performance (minimum 1 lead/sale daily). * Execute state-level sales strategy aligned to organizational priorities, ensuring consistent on-ground implementation. * Own the state’s sales targets through structured planning, territory management, and team performance tracking. * Provide strong on-ground mentorship to improve conversion, pipeline quality, customer engagement, and productivity. * Track and report daily performance metrics (activity, leads, conversions, productivity) and ensure alignment across the team. * Maintain compliance & quality standards by adhering to internal policies, processes, and customer service expectations. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders (as applicable) to ensure smooth execution, escalations, and issue resolution.   Job Requirement   * Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred, if applicable) * Experience: 3–4 years of experience in sales, field business development, or team handling / team management * Prior exposure to on-ground execution, target-driven roles, and team performance tracking is a plus * Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills with the ability to drive daily productivity * Excellent communication skills (verbal + written) with strong stakeholder & customer handling ability * Customer-first mindset with a courteous, professional, and solution-oriented approach * Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel (reporting, tracking) and Word (documentation)
