What You’ll Be Doing Leadership & Strategy Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, BDMs, and customer service professionals Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned to national objectives Set clear targets, budgets, and performance expectations Customer & Commercial Growth Build and grow relationships with key customers and partners Identify new opportunities to expand market share and revenue Lead key account planning and contract negotiations Performance & Execution Track, analyse, and improve sales performance and KPIs Deliver monthly reporting and actionable insights Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive local initiatives Team Development Coach and mentor your team to maximise performance Foster a high-energy, customer-first sales culture Support ongoing training and development Safety & Culture Champion a strong safety-first culture Lead by example and embody Bapcor’s values Qualifications You’re a proven sales leader who knows how to balance strategy with execution. You bring: Minimum 5+ years in sales, including 3+ years in leadership Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability Ability to lead across geographically dispersed teams Qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field are highly regarded.
