ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join us on the sweet side! We’re searching for a dynamic State Territory Manager to manage our Melbourne East Independents territory covering Melbourne’s East, South-East (Brighton/Bentleigh and surrounding areas) & designated regional areas (Lorne/Warrnambool, Albury/Shepparton and surrounding areas).
This customer-facing role is all about maximizing sales, optimizing product distribution, and delivering outstanding in-store execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Executing Lindt priorities, including upselling to all customers.
  • Grow sales & brand presence-optimize distribution, drive in store execution, and secure prime shelf space
  • Driving new product distribution targets
  • Develop strong customer relationships-influence decision-makers and negotiate key placements
  • Deliver Perfect Store execution-ensure displays meet our premium standards
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders-work cross-functionally to implement innovative retail solutions
