A rare opportunity for an experienced & driven VM to join the Unison team
We are currently seeking a talented and committed State Visual Merchandising Manager to join Unison. You will lead the Visual Merchandising teams across our WA locations.
Reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager, the position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of presentation is thoroughly and consistently applied across our concept and concession pads.

Responsibilities

Managing the WA Visual Merchandising team
Maintaining VM and store presentation standards
Implementing training initiatives to develop VM skills at store level
Assisting with new store manager training sessions on VM standards
Overseeing the installation of instore and window VM concepts
Applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines
In conjunction with the State Sales Manager and Store Managers, identifying and actioning VM opportunities to increase sales
Working with State/Area Manager, and Visual Merchandisers to set standards, provide feedback and support store staff in a professional and personable way
