We’re hiring for an Air Conditioning Engineer to take on a static role at a well-managed site in Central London. You’ll be part of a professional building services team, carrying out maintenance and reactive work on a wide range of systems including VRVs, VRFs, AHUs, cold rooms, and specialist refrigeration plants.
This is a Monday to Friday role with no travel, no shift work, and the chance to really take ownership of a site you can grow with.

• Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive tasks on site-based AC systems
• Completing all relevant job sheets and risk assessments using a PDA
• Producing further works reports where necessary
• Liaising with site contacts regarding completed works and additional requirements
• Communicating with contract managers and updating them on site-related info
• Supporting asset management by reporting plant changes or site updates
• Collecting parts from suppliers or head office when needed
• Submitting weekly timesheets to the office every Monday
