We’re on the hunt for a Static Building Services Engineer with a strong mechanical background. You’ll be tackling HVAC, plumbing, and related systems and keeping everything in top nick with a focus on pumps, pipework, and heating.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle preventative maintenance (PPM) and repairs on mechanical systems like HVAC, pumps, and pipework.
• Maintain and sort out heating, hot and cold water systems, and HIU setups.
• Diagnose and fix faults in plant rooms, flow control systems, and plumbing networks.
• Carry out pressure testing on pipework and mechanical installations.
• Jump on emergency repairs to keep systems running smoothly.
• Log jobs

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience as a Static Engineer with a mechanical focus.
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, pumps, and HIU systems.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Sharp troubleshooting skills and a head for safety.
