• Multiskilled (Handymen, or Maintenance Technicians).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be expected to be versatile, with multiple duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
• Maintenance: Ensure that heating, lighting, and alarm systems are working. Carry out basic repairs.
• Security: Monitor security cameras and Manage access to the premises.
• Compliance Check:Fire Alarm, emergency light flick test, water temperature checks
• Ordering supplies: Order materials, furniture, and new equipment.
• Setting priorities: Set priorities for repairs and maintenance.
• Assisting with events: Set up and take down equipment for events and activities.
• Reporting needs: Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate person.
• Covering Reception duties when required.
• Plumbing: To resolve basic problems such as installing new taps and repairing leaks etc..
• Electrical: replacing bulbs, rewiring sockets etc.,
• Decorating: painting walls and ceilings, touching up skirting boards and door frames, sanding floors and other wooden surfaces.
