KNOWLEDGE & UNDERSTANDING

  • Ideal candidates will come from a Facilities Maintenance background and worked in similar environment.
  • We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of facilities maintenance and ideally over 5 years’ experience in similar Maintenance Engineer type roles.
  • Knowledge and experience of plant including, but not limited to Air Handling Units and their associated controls, pumps, heat exchangers, boiler plant (excluding gas side pipe work and accessories).
  • Knowledge and experience of BMS & lighting control systems would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • General and HVAC plant maintenance excluding skilled disciplines ie. gas/ac/electrical.
  • Maintenance, repairs and all general fabric duties and including all other duties including mechanical & plumbing on site.
  • Health and safety awareness.
  • To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and attend client meetings when required.
  • The Engineer will be working on site as a point of contact for our client and must be someone who is flexible and is client focussed.
  • This post will be based on a static role, covering our clients site in Aberdeen.
