We are looking for a qualified and diligent Static MOT Tester to join our car preparation centre. The role involves conducting MOT tests in line with DVSA standards, ensuring all vehicles meet road safety and environmental regulations. Unlike mobile roles, this is a static position based in our prep centre, working with a steady flow of vehicles prepared for retail or customer handover.

• Carry out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure all documentation and compliance records are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify and advise on vehicle faults, safety issues, and repair requirements.
• Work closely with the vehicle preparation team to ensure cars are tested, compliant, and ready for sale/delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment in the MOT bay.
• Follow all health & safety procedures within the prep centre.
• Provide excellent attention to detail to support the company’s commitment to quality and safety.
