SUMMARY

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Security Concierge to provide overnight security services at a vibrant co-living residential building. Based at the main reception desk, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, maintaining a secure and welcoming environment at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

• SIA Licensed (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a customer-facing security role preferred
• Smart, professional appearance at all times
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during night shifts
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: £12.80 per hour

Experience:

• Front of House: 1 year (preferred)
• Security services: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• SIA SG/DS/CP License (required)

Work Location: In perso

• Control & manage access to the building, ensuring only authorised individuals enter
• Monitor on-site CCTV systems, investigate, incidents management and report suspicious activity
• Conduct hourly patrols (adjustable based on reception priorities)
• Manage fire alarm panels and act accordingly in emergency situations.
• Provide a courteous, helpful front-of-house presence for residents and guests
• Escalate incidents to our 24/7 Manned Control Centre when necessary
• Serve as a highly visible deterrent to trespassers and unauthorised activity
