Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through the Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of over 35 aircraft ranging from a Twin Otter 300 Series to a Boeing 737 200C, 300 and 800 and employs over 1000 employees in one of the most challenging flight environments.   Air Inuit's Management and its team of dedicated employees are committed to the company's essential mission of providing safe, timely and high-quality air service to the people living and doing business in the enchanting region of Northern Quebec.  ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  * Carry out all necessary functions of a passenger/cargo customer service agent; * Provide cargo and counter support - as assigned; * Occasionally travel to provide support to other stations; * Perform all other necessary tasks required by the company to ensure the efficiency of the operation.  QUALIFICATIONS * Secondary IV or equivalent experience; * Bilingual (English/Inuktituk) or (French/Inuktituk) or (French/English); * The capacity to offer an excellent customer service; * Punctual and reliable;  * Hold a valid driver’s license; * Knowledge and proficiency in check-in (Amelia) and cargo (Skyline) software; * Skilled in operating forklift, GPU and other ground equipment; * Available to travel occasionally for training;  * Available to work evenings, nights and weekends.
