STATION CHEF

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Station Chef! The Station Chef’s key responsibilities include preparing delicious food that meets the Hotels standards, for the restaurant, banquets, and pool patio (if applicable).

Responsibilities
  • Prepare food for the restaurant and banquets, all in accordance with the established standards (quality, quantity, and presentation);
  • Work alongside other Culinary professionals, displaying teamwork in the accomplishment of daily tasks;
  • Taste and monitor food that is being served, ensuring taste, temperature and presentation meet our standards;
  • Responsible for cleaning work station and ensuring a neat and organized space, which helps ensure the efficient operation of the Kitchen;
  • Contribute to the development of the daily specials;
  • Assist with ordering supplies and completing inventory when needed;
  • Follow through on daily tasks and key responsibilities, driving a culture of teamwork and fun!;
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.
