This role will ensure the proper operation of the assigned station as well as supervise a team of station personnel with regards to training and performance. This person will also be responsible for managing product inventory and transactions of the station. What will YOU do? Ensure the station’s compliance with set company standards Facilitate the station’s cash and inventory management Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the station’s performance rating Perform other tasks necessary to ensure the proper operations of the assigned station What will YOU need? Open to fresh graduates Physically fit - willing to work on weekends (half-day, Saturday only) and be assigned in a SEAOIL station Willing to be assigned in Ramada, Maria Aurora, Aurora

Responsibilities

This role ensures the proper operation of the assigned fuel station and involves supervising station personnel regarding their training and performance. The Station Head is also responsible for managing the station's product inventory and transactions.
