This role will ensure the proper operation of the assigned station as well as supervise a team of station personnel with regards to training and performance. This person will also be responsible for managing product inventory and transactions of the station. What will YOU do? Ensure the station’s compliance with set company standards Facilitate the station’s cash and inventory management Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the station’s performance rating Perform other tasks necessary to ensure the proper operations of the assigned station What will YOU need? Open to fresh graduates Willing to work in a SEAOIL gas station Willing to work on weekends - half day Saturday only Willing to be assigned in South Cotabato
