Job Summary Develop strategies, supervise dispatch operations, provide advisory support, and ensure compliance with established goals, as well as verify customer service performance. Responsibilities Communicate sales and marketing strategies and mechanisms to both internal and external clients in a timely and appropriate manner. Prepare accurate pro forma analyses for each potential client. Conduct periodic interviews with clients to obtain feedback regarding their level of service satisfaction. Provide appropriate follow-up on customer complaints. Communicate client needs to the relevant departments. Request required information from other departments in a timely and appropriate manner for the preparation of reports, pro forma analyses, and marketing analysis. Prepare, communicate, and follow up on service terms in contracts, including rates, expiration dates, penalties, and other special clauses. Prepare accurate feasibility analyses for the launch of new projects and the opening of new stations. Fulfill the responsibilities detailed in the station’s QHSE Management System Manual and in the manuals under their responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with requirements in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO standards. Requirements and Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Basic knowledge of SGHA and international aviation legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Advanced command of the English language. Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, team-building capability, leadership, results-oriented mindset, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
