Description
Responsibilities Supervise the leasing of designated station shop facilities including kiosks, banks and other vending machines Implement appropriate leasing strategies to enhance tenant mix and render customer services to maximise rental revenue Manage the retail fitting-out works and support station shop projects by liaising with internal and external stakeholders Assist in carrying out sectional support and administrative duties Requirements Degree in Marketing / Property Management or a related discipline A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in property leasing or marketing Knowledge of retail shop management, fitting-out supervision or station operations is an advantage Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese Hands-on experience in various software applications, such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel and PowerPoint Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O. Responsibilities
