Responsibilities Repairs and maintains one or more of the following; boilers, beds, HVAC, major equipment or environmental Qualifications Education High School Diploma/GED with some college, business or technical training Licensure/Certification/Registration Valid Driver's License - This position is required to drive a company vehicle and must meet the requirements of UF Health Central Florida Vehicle Policy. Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Job experience specializing in one or more of these trades/professions: Boilers, Building, Electrical, HVAC, Bed Repair, TMA and Security Systems. Personal computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word & Internet Explorer: Knowledge of NFPA. Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
The Stationary Engineer is responsible for repairing and maintaining hospital infrastructure, including boilers, HVAC systems, and major medical equipment. They must also ensure facility systems operate safely and efficiently in accordance with established standards.
