We are currently seeking a Station Support Supervisor to join our team in Goose Bay, NL! Job Duties * Assist with all aspects of the Goose Bay Counter Operation * Assisting with payroll as required. * As required, participate in the SMS and the Management of Change (MOC) process as it relates to assigned duties * OSH & AOSH requirements of the Goose Bay Counter * Maintaining supplies for the counter(s) PAL/AB as required * Conduct initial and recurrent training classes for front line staff * Assisting in resolving operational disruptions * Participate and execute the PAL ERP * Other duties assigned Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years’ Customer Service or Supervisory experience * Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide superior customer experience * Strong oral and written communication skills * Conflict resolution skills, administrative and budget management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task * Solid understanding and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook * Ability to work a flexible schedule What we offer: * Personal travel privileges with PAL and interline agreements with other airlines * Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * Defined Contribution Pension Plan * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Employee Tuition Assistance Program * Employee and Family Assistance Programs Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis.
