POSITION SUMMARY
WashU’s Division of Student Affairs seeks a data analytics professional for the position of Statistical Data Analyst II. The Division of Student Affairs advances the educational mission of the university through resources and experiences outside the classroom that prepare our students for lifelong success.
This position curates data relevant to the student experience at Washington University to inform policies and drive outcomes within the Division of Student Affairs, and to advise University leadership more broadly in ways that advance institutional priorities and strategic goals. The implications of this work position the University to recruit talented students and staff, to elevate its position in national rankings, and to craft a student experience that is the most equitable and transformative in higher education.
This individual is skilled in data analytics, strategic planning, as well as translating results from analyses to diverse audiences—ranging from those first learning about the University’s programs to senior leaders charged with high-level decision-making. Curiosity, innovation, interpersonal skills, and thoughtful problem-solving will be key to success in this position.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
