QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Statistician or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, or Python).
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and data visualization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex findings clearly.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with big data platforms and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Industry-specific experience (e.g., healthcare, finance, research, e-commerce).

• Design and implement statistical models, methodologies, and experiments.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
• Perform hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop KPIs and performance metrics.
• Prepare and present analytical reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of statistical data.
• Utilize statistical software and programming tools to streamline data analysis.
