Responsibilities
  • Lead: Collaborate with and Develop a high-performing teams responsible for statutory financial reporting,, financial close, processes and internal controls, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and requirements. Be a champion of automation, technology and process improvement to minimize manual effort and increase the speed and accuracy of all financial reporting processes.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Maintain a positive relationship with regulators, external auditors and internal business partners.
  • Review Statutory Financial Statements: Review and provide direction on the preparation and presentation of the statutory and GAAP financial statements, ensuring they are accurate, timely and adhere to applicable statutory accounting principles and policies.
  • Communicate Financial Insights: Analyze, interpret and communicate statutory and GAAP financial results to a variety of audiences. Ensure that complex technical topics are presented clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
