QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting & Design, Business/Operations, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in steel fabrication estimating, drafting, or design coordination.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor (or equivalent design software).
• Familiarity with health & safety systems in an industrial environment is an asset.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

This role combines technical expertise in drafting, design, and estimating with operational office support, including health & safety coordination. Working in a fast-paced, high-stress industrial fabrication environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across both fabrication projects and company operations.
