QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the manufacturing, steel, or constructionindustry
• Proven success managing projects with frequent scope changes and change orders
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10%
• Must be available to work on-site in Southeast Minnesota
• Stable work history required

• Manage the end-to-end execution of steel fabrication projects
• Oversee project schedules, ensuring production and billing deadlines are met
• Participate in bid reviews and project turnover meetings
• Track and control project budgets, ensuring completion within cost estimates
• Submit and manage change orders to accommodate evolving project scopes
• Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, vendors, engineers, and detailers
• Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders
