JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled steel railing and stairs Fabricator to join our team. The Fabricator will be responsible for creating steel railings and stairs using various tools and equipment per shop drawings.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in steel fabrication, specializing in stairs and railings
• Experience with power tools
• Ability to read and interpret shop fabrication drawings
• Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
• Familiarity with operating equipment such as cranes and forklifts
• Experience with precision measuring tools like calipers

• Fabricate and assemble steel stairs and railings according to shop fabrication drawings or job specifications
• Operate power tools such as grinders and welding equipment
• Perform site measurements alongside project manager, as needed
• Utilize measuring tools like calipers to ensure precise dimensions
• Safely operate equipment like cranes and forklifts to move materials
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards
