We, Fordrough Building Contracting LLC are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Steel Fixer (Steel Fixer Chargehand) to oversee and manage steel fixing operations on construction sites.

• Supervise and manage a team of steel fixers on construction sites.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all steel reinforcement is installed accurately and securely.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
