SKILLED OPERATIVE – STEEL FABRICATION

Rate: £14.42/hour
Are you hands-on, mechanically minded, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced steel fabrication environment? We are looking for a Skilled Operative to join our production team in Hereford.
This is your chance to be part of a team that values safety, precision, and continuous improvement. You’ll be working with both manual and CNC machinery to help build the infrastructure that powers industries across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating CNC and manual machines to fabricate steelwork to exacting standards
• Supporting wider production tasks including bundling, moving materials, and general duties
• Ensuring a clean, safe workspace by following all H&S procedures
• Contributing to zero harm and continuous improvement initiatives
• Delivering high-quality outputs in line with our QMS and production targets
• Collaborating with a close-knit, high-performing team
