· Maintaining and repair of the existing steel frame machines
· Provide Customize solution for new machine to suit the business development
· Support project manager during design process and project management
· Facilitate builders and doing job site inspection when needed
· Managing BM steel factory warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
· Ensure highest operational standards are deployed at all times.
· Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security of the BM Steel factory.
· Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
· Effectively manage the day-to-day production.
· Supervising Inventory Management, such as Raw Materials and accessories etc
· Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operation policies and procedures.
· Related operations administration tasks.
· Provide engineering innovation idea to improve company’s efficiency
· Report to BM Executive Management on monthly base
· Support of jobsite requirements and liaising with builders and contractors
· Introduce builders to create income for steel frame
· Other add-hoc tasks assigned by Executive management Members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor Degree (Required)

Experience:

• Mechanical engineering: 3 years (Required)
• Steel Framing industry : 2 years (Required)
• Construction: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Preferred)
