STELLANTIS PARTS MANAGER Location: Millington, TN Job Type: Full-Time JOIN OUR TEAM! We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Stellantis Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining an efficient and profitable parts operation. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage all daily operations of the Parts Department. * Maintain proper inventory levels to meet customer and service department needs. * Monitor inventory control, ordering, stocking, and returns. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturer representatives. * Lead, train, and develop parts department personnel. * Ensure exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers. * Maintain department profitability while controlling expenses. * Analyze sales, inventory, and performance reports to improve efficiency. * Ensure compliance with Stellantis policies and dealership procedures. * Work closely with the Service Department to support repair operations. QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience as a Stellantis Parts Manager or in a dealership parts management role preferred. * Strong knowledge of Stellantis/Mopar parts operations and inventory management. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Strong computer and inventory management system experience. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Background check and drug screening required.
